Shipping and Return Policy
Damaged products
In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged in transit, please email ambresutiomtl@gmail.com with a description of the damage and a photo for proof. We will replace the product as soon as possible.
Cancel or change your order
Until you have received your shipping notification, we are able to cancel or change your order/shipping address. Please send your request to the following address: ambrestudiomtl@gmail.com, and include your order number.
Missing item or wrong item
If you are missing an item from your order or have received the wrong item, please contact us at ambrestudiomtl@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Exchange and refund
Unless damaged upon arrival, please note that we do not exchange products. All items are final sale .
Shipping
- Free shipping from $150 CAD (Canada only).
- Shipping to Canada and the United States.
- No customs fees for orders shipped to Canada.
- Shipping: 7-9 business days.
- Possibility of additional taxes and duties that are not included in shipping rates at checkout when shipping outside of Canada.
- Ambre studio assumes no responsibility for customs fees or charges related to orders. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
